While at https://phys.org/news/2022-07-antarctic-ice-sheet-advanced-retreated.html … a piece of research on the obvious – but couched in alarmist rhetoric. The Antarctic ice sheet has advanced, and has retreated. As an example they cite 5000 years ago, which coincides with what is known as the Piorra Oscillation. The Wiki has a good piece on this event which lasted around 200 years and is defined by falling temperatures, globally. Hence, why the Antarctic ice sheet advanced at this time. I suppose they are preaching to the faithful, and have the requisite scary phraseology.
