At http://phys.org/print378986225.html … a mysterious radio burst that left an afterglow last February did not, it seems, meet with mainstream expextations, and was called into question. A new group have now published a paper which criticises the original team and they are saying the afterglow was an illusion and that the radio burst was variable in amplification. The idea is to identify it as a black hole at the heart of a galactic core. Are they right?
