At https://noqreport.com/2019/11/10/archaeological-discovery-shiloh-matches… … this appears to be one to accept or to feel a trifle sceptical. An archaeological discovery at Shiloh matches perfectly with the Bible, we are told – which appears to be a corner of a stone altar. Several other recent discoveries at the site point to the same conclusion, the storyline continues. Archaeology appears to be revealing aspects of the Biblical narrative. David Rohl has of course been here already.
PS … the site appears to be political. Not sure where that leaves the archaeology.
The origin of the story appears to be www.jpost.com/Israel-News/Was-the-corner-of-Gods-altar-found-in-Shiloh-W… … and a corner of a horned altar stone (representing in detail what the Bible relates).
