At http://malagabay.wordpress.com/2014/04/20/miles-mathis-the-fourth-phase-… … was provoked by Geral Pollack's book of the same name. The latter has produced in its wake a very hostile reception in some quarters of mainstream opinion but Mathis comes down on the side of Pollack after reading his tome. He points out that if you put the phrase, 'Gerald Pollack Quack' into your search engine you get pages of negative response. I haven't tried it myself but it would not surprise one moment as mainstream really do not like contradictory ideas and will rage against them like small kids deprived of sugar rich drinks.
Gerald Pollack has been a speaker at at least one Electric Universe conference and SIS members might find his ideas quite attractive – but we are not mainstream. Mathis points out one the claims made by his detractors is that he said the human body is 99 per cent water. Mathis could find no such reference in his book. Instead, he says, water molecules are about 99 per cent by numbers (not by total weight or volume). It seems his detractors did not understand what he was saying – and went boo. Once again we have a consensus theory that is deeply ingrained and vigorously defended, come what may. The defenders of the faith are only too willing to bend the truth, if not express outright lies – in order to vilefy outsiders with the temerity to challenge their chosen belief (see http://milesmathis.com/poll.pdf
