Electric Geology

Geology

Interesting post on lightning under the ground and how it might affect geological features at the surface – see www.thunderbolts.info/wp/2017/02/16/the-maars-of-pinacate-part-two/ … or to think about. It was inspired by a recent mainstream study.

In one of those strange coincidences I had purchased a copy of Paul Devereux's 1982 book, Earth Lights, from a charity shop for the princely sum of £1.50 and got to read it last week. I had previously read the book 30 years or more ago – so it was a re-reading. Devereux was interpreting UFO phenomena in the 1980s as plasma balls – and even suggested lightning took place under the ground (dispatching ball lightning to the surface), and various other intuitive ideas.
