Wal Thornhill died a few weeks ago and tributes have been popping up. In this instance the link here is to a forum piece on the Electric Universe web site, and concerns electro-magnetism in space and an alternative view of black holes. Go to https://www.thunderbolts.info/forum3/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=992 … basically, what is being said is that electro-magnetic galaxies have electro-magnetic hearts. In other words, there are not any black holes. However, if black holes do not exist how do we explain recent observations at the centre of our own galaxy, the Milky Way. Thornhill provides an electro-magnetic explanation. Electro-=magnetic activity – from filaments, arcs and shells, the double helix nebula located close to the centre of the galaxy, the magnetic field in the centre of the Milky Way which has bi-polar geometry and is stronger than elsewhere in the galaxy, the energy of jets from active galactic nuclei, x-ray emissions and persistent hight energy flow, gamma rays, the orbits of stars close to the galactic centre, and so on. The magnetic field is the centre of the Milky Way
