It displays a remarkaby mature structure yet spiral galaxies are thought to take several billion years to form. The James Webb Space Telescope continues to blow smoke in the eyes of cosmologists. This was predicted by Wal Thornhill before he passed away, and prior to the telescope coming on screen.
